The second International Conference held by LUDUS Consortium will take place in Milan, Italy, from 25th to 27th of May.
The event will focus on educational, psychological, economical and institutinal issue related to the Serious Games topics, providing different point of views of experts and organizations dealing with this theme.
The SGEED 2011 (Serious Games, Education and Economic development) aims at dveelop round tables, discussions and Case Studies presentations through a morning conference and offers three workshops where participants can collaborate with experts about Serious Games on specific themes.

The 2nd European Best Learning Game Competition seeks to expand the understanding and capabilities of developing and using Serious Game applications for learning and training and to promote a debate of Serious Games as factor of regional development.
We would like to extend a warm invitation to you to participate in the 2nd European Best Learning Game Competition (EBLGC 2011) of the LUDUS project, which will be open to all interested individuals, companies and organisations that are involved in the development of serious games and that are interested to submit an entry to the competition.
Deadline to submit the game or the game idea/concept/storyboard is between 7 February and 22 April, 2011.

CESCOM - University of Milano-Bicocca organizes within the European project LUDUS Serious Gaming Open Learning Lab 2011. The Serious Gaming Open Learning Lab is an online laboratory. The registration is open to all interested students without any fees. All activities and materials will be available online from 1st March to 1st May 2011. The Lab aims at supporting participants in improving their knowledge and competencies in Serious Games through theoretical and experiential sessions. | LUDUS-flyer_sgoll_2011.pdf The Serious Gaming Open Learning Lab 2011 (SGOLL 2011) will consists in both theoretical and experiential sessions. The topics of the SGOLL 2011 will follow the table of contents of the Serious Gaming Library Kit (already published on Knowledge Node). Participants will have peer to peer interdisciplinary support via forum/wikis and the possibility to ask questions to “help e-mail”.
